Are you a lover of pecans?! Make it into a pie and you've got yourself a real treat!
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1¼ cup pecans
1 frozen pie crust (not graham cracker)
Beat eggs, stir in rest of ingredients with pecans last.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes or until not too drippy. Cool.
Best served with ice cream on top
