INGREDIENTS
1½ stick margarine
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2½ cup flour
1 Tbsp vinalla sugar
½ cup cocoa
¾ cup sugar
5 oz whip topping
½ stick margarine
Mix first sugar and margarine till creamy then add brown sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and flour. Spray baking spray in a cupcake pan. Add 2/3 of cookie dough bake on 350 F for 20 25 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven while hot press with the back of a liquor cup to make a hole in the center. Wait until it cools.
In a small saucepan melt cocoa sugar , whip and margarine . Pour into holes of cookie . Serve with ice cream on top with drizzled chocolate
The best part is the ice cream is bought !! U just POP out of the freezer the runny chocs!! u can put the runny chocs. On a hot plate or a blech to serve warm shabbos!!
