INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup mayonaisse










  • ¼ cup honey










  • ¼ cup mustard










  • 1.5 lb chicken cutlets










  • 1-2 cup pereg american bread crumbs










  • 1-2 cup panko crumbs










  1. Cut cutlets into smaller pieces or just slice thin. Mix first three ingredients and marinate, (even for a few minutes).



  2. Then mix the panko crumbs and bread crumbs together. Dip the marinated chicken into the crumbs.




  3. Brush oil on a cookie sheet. Lay breaded cutlets on greased cookie sheet, and spray tops with cooking spray.



  4. Bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes with turning them over halfway.



  5. You can double the marinade and use as a dipping sauce, just heat up and dip.
