melt in your mouth skirt steak!! this is a great recipe to make for friday night! marinate thursday night, grill friday morning, leave in the oven and dont think about it until your meal! no leftovers guaranteed!!
1 (1 lb) skirt steak
1 (Â½ cup) olive oil
2 (0) cloves garlic
1 (1 Tbsp) rosemary
rinse skirt steak and place in a ziplock bag.
mix the last three ingredients and pour over meat. marinate steak and refrigerate over-night.
grill on high heat for one minute on each side.
place grilled meat in a cookie sheet and cover tightly with foil.
place meat on middle rack in the oven and put a separate pan filled halfway with water on the bottom rack.
bake on 200 for 12 hours.
