melt in your mouth skirt steak!! this is a great recipe to make for friday night! marinate thursday night, grill friday morning, leave in the oven and dont think about it until your meal! no leftovers guaranteed!!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (1 lb) skirt steak










  • 1 (½ cup) olive oil










  • 2 (0) cloves garlic










  • 1 (1 Tbsp) rosemary










  1. rinse skirt steak and place in a ziplock bag.



  2. mix the last three ingredients and pour over meat. marinate steak and refrigerate over-night.



  3. grill on high heat for one minute on each side.



  4. place grilled meat in a cookie sheet and cover tightly with foil.



  5. place meat on middle rack in the oven and put a separate pan filled halfway with water on the bottom rack.



  6. bake on 200 for 12 hours.
