When my wonderful niece told us about this recipe, we couldn't believe how divine and easy it was to make, and there is very little baking involved. The perfect "extra special" something to wow your Shvuos guest & family.
4 bars white dairy chocolate
1.5 Rosemarie chocolate
2 (8 oz) containers cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp nut crunch
1 Tbsp chocolate or caramel glaze
Prepare silicon mold with pretty cup or mini design.
Melt white chocolate & coat the entire inside of each mold, including the sides. Freeze. Mix all ingredients for cheese filling. bake for half hour, stirring 2-3 times during baking (just to thicken the mixture). Cool. Fill each mold with 1 tsp of cheese mixture. Top with nut crunch. Freeze.
Melt the dark chocolate and smooth over the nut crunch. Freeze. Remove cheese cups form mold. Drizzle with caramel shpritz or decorate with mini flower. Keep frozen.
