The sour cream in this blintzes dough make them soft and elasticated. Absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS













  • 3 Eggs










  • 1 (200 ml) Sour cream










  • 3 Tbsp Sugar










  • 6 Tbsp Flour










  • 1 cup Milk










  • 1 Vanilla sugar










  • - Cheese filling










  • 1 lb Farmer cheese










  • 1 Egg yolk










  • 1 Vanilla sugar










  • ½ cup Sugar










  1. Blend together the blintzes ingredients with a hand blender.



  2. Melt 20gr butter in pancake pan. Pour 1 ladle of batter and swirl around the pan to make a full blintze. Fry till slightly brown and then flip over. Remove from pan and repeat with all the batter.



  3. Mix the cheese filling till properly combined with a fork.



  4. Fill each blintze with cream filling in the Center. Fold the 2 ends in and then roll over to close.
