Cinnamon, sugar and apple goodness on a plate! And it's kosher l'pesach too! Serve it as a side or for dessert. Use the food processor to help slice your apples. It'll save you tons of time!
2 cup potato starch
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup oil
½ cup ground nuts
8 apples peeled, cored and sliced
½ cup sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon
Mix potato starch, brown sugar, oil, egg and nuts together by hand to form a crumble.
Combine apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half on the crumb mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Lay the apple mixture on top. Top with the remaining crumbs.
Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
