INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup cup cooked quinoa










  • 1 small onion chopped










  • ½ small peper diced (used colored peppers for some prettiness)










  • 1 tsp olive oil










  1. Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until soft.



  2. Add cooked quinoa and mix well.



  3. Enjoy!
