Yummy and easy!
2 cup water
1 cup Quinoa
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Craisins
½ cup Slivered Almonds
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Rinse quinoa well and add to boiling water. Add salt. Lower the flame to a simmer.
When all the water is absorbed, add craisins and almonds.
Heat the mixture on medium for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
