INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup water










  • 1 cup Quinoa










  • 1 tsp Salt










  • ½ cup Craisins










  • ½ cup Slivered Almonds










  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.



  2. Rinse quinoa well and add to boiling water. Add salt. Lower the flame to a simmer.



  3. When all the water is absorbed, add craisins and almonds.



  4. Heat the mixture on medium for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
