Simple and delicious!
2 Tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup milk
2-3 cup water
3 Tbsp flour
Â½ Tbsp salt
Â½ tsp pepper
Heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
Add mushroom and sautee additional 5 minutes
Add milk. Combine flour with water, 2-3 cups depending how thick you want the soup.
Add salt and pepper, and any other spices you like
Cook for one hour, mixing occasionally to prevent the soup from sticking to the pot.
