INGREDIENTS













  • 4 bunches of baby carrots










  • ½ cup brown sugar










  • 30 gram margarine










  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar










  1. Peel carrots



  2. Preheat oven to 180°C. Put carrots in a large (12-cup) baking dish.



  3. Mix the sugar, margarine and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cover till coated.



  4. Bake in oven, mixing occasionally, for 45 minutes or until the carrots are tender



  5. Arrange on a platter. Drizzle over the glaze to serve.
