INGREDIENTS













  • 1 lb Chicken Cutlets










  • 4 Tbsp Flour










  • ½ cup Water










  • ½ cup Duck Sauce










  • 1 Onion










  • 1 (8 oz) fresh or canned mushrooms










  1. Rinse and cut chicken cutlets to nugget size.



  2. Coat chicken cutlets in flour.



  3. Fry cutlets in frying pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.



  4. In a separate frying pan saute onion and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, add water and duck sauce. Boil and add the fried chicken cutlets. Enjoy!
