1 bag carrots
4-5 sour pickles
1 medium Kohlrabi
Grate all ingredients in processer to form thin noodles.
Optional to increase sour pickles, add peppers or any of your favorite vegetables.....
And the main, Enjoy it!!! It's healthy as well!
