When I want something dairy and different, but not as time consuming as blintzes, I turn to this recipe. My mother made this as a side dish for dinner every Thursday evening. This tastes great fresh out of the pan. You can add any sauce and serve this as a dessert too.

The adults liked it but my kids weren't crazy about it. Then again, I have picky eaters. It was quick to prepare and will try it again; maybe with a sauce on top.
