INGREDIENTS













  • 2 zucchini squash










  • 1 yellow squash










  • 1 Tbsp olive oil










  • 2 tsp oregano










  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning










  • 2 tsp garlic powder










  • 1 pinch pepper










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 Tbsp vinegar










  1. Cut squash into thin slices and saute in olive oil on high heat until edges are golden.



  2. Sprinkle in spices. Mix 'em all around. (increase or decrease to taste, these are approximations).



  3. Add vinegar and cook until the pungency of the smell goes away. Make sure zucchini is soft, with a touch of crunch. Not soggy and over cooked.



  4. Voila.
