My friend Miriam makes amazing muffins. This one is one of my favorites.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup whole wheat flour










  • 1 cup oats










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  • 1 egg










  • 1 cup orange juice










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 1½ tsp baking soda










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • ½-¾ cup chocolate chips










  1. Mix.



  2. Spray muffin tins well.



  3. Bake at 400F for 17 minutes

Yes, delicious indeed! When my workmate gave me one of these to taste, I couldn't wait to make them as well. I used the Splenda brown sugar blend & sugarfree chocolate chips & they were just as delicious! My freezer now has a 2 week supply !
