delicious, soft, and oh so tasty!! my kids did not even notice there was a vegetable in it!
3 cans tuna
2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
½ medium squash- peeled and grated
¼ c. corn flake crumbs
1 salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together and fry in oil.
I like the squash to rather be grated in chunks by using a hand grater, rather than grating in the food processor- which will make the squash stringy. You can also chop it in an onion chopper to the size you like......
