INGREDIENTS













  • 3 cans tuna










  • 3 eggs










  • 2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise










  • ½ medium squash- peeled and grated










  • ¼ c. corn flake crumbs










  • 1 salt to taste










  1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in oil.



  2. I like the squash to rather be grated in chunks by using a hand grater, rather than grating in the food processor- which will make the squash stringy. You can also chop it in an onion chopper to the size you like......



  3. Enjoy!
