An easy and unbeatable delicious 3 layer ice cream that will impress your guests and leave them guessing... Takes 15 minutes to make.
1 pkg. of parve sandwich ice cream bars
1 (16 oz) parve dessert whip
1 (1 tsp) coffee, dissolved (optional)
1 (1 tsp) vanilla flavoring (optional)
5-10 pcs of viennese crunch
whip the dessert whip. Add coffee flavoring if desired, or tsp of vanilla flavoring. Put aside in fridge.
Crush the viennese crunch in a blender or by hand in a double ziplock bag with a hammer. Put aside.
Lay out the ice cream sandwiches side by side in a baking pan. fill in all the spaces/corners with pieces of sandwich.
pour on the whipped cream layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
top with the crushed viennese crunch and freeze.
