These Tuna Patties, recipe given to me by my mother with a few changes by me.
Full of protein. Full of flavor. Great with dill sauce.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cans tuna










  • 2 eggs










  • ½ cup bread crumbs










  • 1 carrot grated










  • ½ cup ketchup










  • 2 pinch salt to tast










  • 2 pinch pepper to tast










  • 2 pinch garlic to tast










  • 2 Tbsp pam, oil for spraying










  1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl



  2. Add the eggs 1/4 cup bread crumbs,carrot, ketchup and spices



  3. Mix till everything is uniform. Roll into balls, pat down a bit and roll in remainder bread crumbs.



  4. Place on tary lined with baking paper. Spray with pam. Bake in a preheated oven, 180 degrees, till browned. Flip patties, spray with pam. Bake till browned. Total baking time about 1/2 an hour
