This chicken recipe is extremely easy to prepare and is delicious! When I serve it, it looks like one of those suppers I worked really hard on since it looks fancy but in reality it takes less than ten minutes from start to finish! Great served on rice.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1.5 lb 1 ½ lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts










  • 5 Tbsp ketchup










  • 1 Tbsp mustard










  • 1 Tbsp vinegar










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  • 1 tsp sesame seeds










  1. Cut chicken into nuggets. Place the nuggets into a bag with some flour. Shake until all nuggets are covered in flour. Spread out chicken in a lined 9x13 pan.



  2. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Pour this sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.



  3. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour covered, and another 1/2 hour uncovered. Enjoy!

I made this recipe twice, the first time it came out dry and I attributed to too much flour. I made it a 2nd time and was careful not to over coat the chicken and I also added a cup of water to the sauce. This time the sauce came out perfect.
this recipe also needs salt (about 1/2 tsp.)
