This dip works great for the Shabbos meals with the oil dip for Friday night and with added mayonnaise for a Shabbos day dip.

INGREDIENTS













  • 6 cloves garlic










  • ¼ cup olive oil










  • 1 pinch black pepper










  • 1 pinch salt










  • 1 pinch onion powder










  • 1 pinch paprika










  • 0 any other spice you like










  • ½ cup mayonnaise










  1. Peel garlic cloves and place in small tin pan with oil and spices.



  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.



  3. Enjoy the garlic cloves with your challah and dip your challah into the spicy oil too.



  4. Add mayonnaise to the oil and you have a tasty garlic dip!
