A super easy recipe I got from my niece when she lived in Israel. I couldn't believe the recipe consisted of only 3 ingredients. The taste, texture & striking color is a winner every week at her shabbos table.
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can chunk pineapple w/sauce
1 bag frozen strawberries
Blend all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes.
Keep refrigerated. Place in freezer 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve with swirl of whip cream on the top. Place mint leaf in center.
