Just like its name. I make this each year for Shavuos. But it can go with any milky meal.
1 (12 oz) Medium Lokshen (cooked and drained)
4 Eggs beaten
1 cup Sugar
1 Vanilla Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sour Cream
1 lb Farmers Cheese
1½ cup Corn Flakes
50 gram Margarine (melted)
4 Tbsp Sugar
Combine all the ingredients and add the noodles. Mix well.
Pour in greased 9 × 13 pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
Mix together the crunch. Place on kugel for last 15 mins in oven.
