INGREDIENTS













  • 8 oz Macaroni pasta










  • 2 medium avocados










  • ⅔ cup fresh basil, chopped










  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice










  • 1 Tbsp olive oil










  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped










  • ⅛ tsp salt










  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper










  • ½ cup fresh parmesan, shredded fine










  1. Cook Macaroni according to package directions, drain.



  2. While the pasta cooks, put into a large bowl, avocado, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the hot pasta and mix to combine.



  3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve
