INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup Butter, melted










  • 1 cup Brown sugar










  • 1 cup Flour










  • ½ tsp Baking soda










  • 2 Large eggs










  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract










  • ½ cup warm coffee or water










  • ¼ cup Dark Cocoa Powder (Hershey)










  • 2 Tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder (Hershey)










  1. Spray 8" baking dish. Preheat oven 350F. Whisk flour, 1/4 c plus 2 Tblsp. cocoa powder and baking soda together thoroughly. Combine warm butter with sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Stir well and add flour mixture.



  2. Add warm coffee (or water) all at once and stir only until blended. Pour into baking dish and bake 25-30 min. or until done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
