Not your usual kugel, this recipe is a delicious addition to any dairy meal or eaten as a snack. A winner every time, be prepared to share the recipe.









  • ¼ lb wide egg noodles

  • 4 oz light cream cheese, room temp.

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 4 oz light sour cream

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 8 oz mandarine oranges, drained

  • ½ cup golden raisins

  • 10 oz crushed pineapple, drained

  • ¼ cup cinnamon/sugar

  1. preheat oven to 350F. Combine cheese, butter, cream, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in blender. Pour into bowl with noodles that have been cook al dente and fruit. Gently stir to mix well.

  2. Pour into lightly greased 8x8" baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over top and bake 30-45 min or until golden in color and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  3. Cool at least 20 min. before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
