INGREDIENTS
2 small butternut squash
1 sweet potato
3 Tbsp oil
64 oz chicken stock
ΒΌ cup brown sugar
0 salt, to taste
Cut squash and sweet potato into chunks and saute in oil until soft. This can take 45 minutes to an hour. Stir every so often.
Add chicken stock, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
Blend using a hand blender.
