I got this recipe from a friend, who got it from her sister in-law, who got it from?... It it deliciously refreshing and really easy to make.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 bag frozen strawberries










  • 1 cup orange juice










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 8 oz dessert whip










  • ΒΌ cup confectionery sugar










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  1. Puree strawberries, orange juice and sugar in food processor until it's completely smooth.
    Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a large loaf pan.
    Smooth and freeze.



  2. After about 15 minutes, whip up dessert whip. Add confectionery sugar and vanilla. set aside in a bowl about 1 cup and refrigerate. Add the remaining pureed mixture to the whip mixture.



  3. Spread the light pink mixture over the pureed, frozen fruit mixture and freeze.
    When the second layer is set, spread the remaining whip on top and freeze.
