I saved this recipe a while back because the picture looked so pretty. I finally got to try it and yes, it is a beautiful bundt shaped cheese cake, as well as delicious. When cut open, the slices are just as pretty.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 oz butter










  • 1¼ cup sugar










  • 2½ cup flour










  • 1 vanilla sugar










  • 1 tsp baking soda










  • ½ cup oil










  • 4 eggs










  • 1.5 tsp baking powder










  • ½ cup orange juice










  • 1 pinch salt










  • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding










  • 8 oz farmer cheese










  • 8 oz container sour cream










  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese










  • 2 eggs










  • 1½ tsp vanilla sugar










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 2 Tbsp corn starch










  1. Grease 10" bundt pan with baking spray & sprinkle with flour. Combine butter, sugar, flour & vanilla in mixing bowl & mix until crumbly. Measure 1 cup of mixture & sprinkle aorund bottom of bundt pan. Add remaining ingredients & mix until smooth. Pour 1/2 the batter in bundt pan. Reserve other half.



  2. Combine the rest of ingredients for cheese filling & mix until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake batter in the bundt pan. Top with the remaining half of chocolate batter.



  3. Bake on 350^ for 1 hr and 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto plate.
