A great, easy and delicious tasting desert/side dish. It has a nice tart taste and isn't too sweet. I had this last week at a Friday night seuda and it wowed all the guests. The hostess kindly shared her recipe and today I made it for our Shavuot desert. It tastes great with ice cream or with apple sauce compote on the side. You can make this in individual Pyrex's too. Freezes well, just rewarm before serving.
