This technique is the best way to cook fresh corn on the cob. Recipe from Mel's Kitchen Cafe.
6-8 fresh corn on the cob
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
In a 5 quart pot bring water to a boil.
When water is boiling add the vinegar and sugar. Cook again until it's boiling.
Close the heat. Add the corn to the pot. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
