a delicious dinner served with rice
1 lb pkg. chicken cutlets, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion
1 cup barbeque sauce
3 Tbsp oil
saute onions in oil, until soft. add chicken pieces, and brown lightly on each side. onions should be mushy and brown by now.
pour in barbeque sauce, and cover pot. lower flame, but make sure it still bubbles, and cook for approximately a half hour.
serve with rice.
