INGREDIENTS













  • 6 chicken quarters










  • 1 small jar light Italian dressing










  • 1½ cup cornflake crumbs










  • 1½ tsp paprika










  • 1 tsp garlic powder










  • 2-3 Tbsp honey










  1. Pour Italian dressing into a 9x13 pan and coat chicken pieces with dressing.



  2. Mix cornflake crumbs, paprika and garlic powder and pour over chicken.



  3. Drizzle some honey on each piece.



  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

doesn't the chicken get over dried by baking it uncovered?

Truthfully, the recipe says to bake uncovered for the full hour and 45 minutes. Since my family will only eat very juicy chicken, I almost never cook chicken uncovered- even when a recipe will say- to uncover for the last half hour. So really, you can bake covered, and then uncover for as long as you like. Sorry, i should have made that clear in the recipe. Thanks for pointing this out.
