Looking for an easy, quick cake recipe that you can just put up in five minutes? Well then, this is it! The easy prep doesn't take away from the great taste.
Just be sure to use decaf coffee unless you want to serve the cake with a sleeping pill...

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oil

2 cup sugar

4 eggs

2 vanilla sugar

¼ cup instant coffee granulates

¼ cup hot water

¼ cup cold water

2 cup flour

¼ cup cocoa

2 tsp baking powder

Dilute the coffee in the hot and cold water combined.

Add all ingredients plus the diluted coffee into the mixer.

Mix until smooth.

Bake 40 minutes at 350*F.

This cake was a big hit on Shabbos. I can't believe how easy it was. The best part was that it actually came out of my bundt pan without any problems.

Made it for the family and everyone enjoyed it. Was very easy and tasty. I will definitely be baking this cake often.
