Creamy and Buttery!
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 Tbsp kosher salt (can use a little less if you don't like salty)
1 clove garlic, smashed
⅛ cup cup chicken broth
1½ Tbsp margarine
- black pepper, to taste
Place potatoes, salt, and garlic in a pot w/enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and place in bowl. Add broth and margarine. Mash, or use a blender.
