Homemade mayonnaise that taste better then Hellmans! My kids like to dip their challah into the mayonnaise on Shabbos.
3 large eggs
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
15 oz oil (drop less than 2 cups or 450ml)
In a food processor or blender, blend well the eggs, juice, vinegar, garlic and salt.
While the blender is on, gradually add the oil in a thin stream. Continue beating until its well combined and mixture thickens to a mayonnaise consistency.
