INGREDIENTS













  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil










  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed










  • 1 pinch salt










  • 1-2 handfuls fresh herbs, parsley and basil, blended










  • 2 cup french baguettes, cut into ½ inch cubes










  1. Preheat the oven 350F.



  2. In a deep bowl, combine the oil, crushed garlic, salt and blended herbs. Throw in the bread cubes and toss until they are well coated.



  3. Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake until light golden in color (about 12 minutes.
