INGREDIENTS













  • 4 cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • ½ tsp salt










  • 2 eggs










  • ¾ cup oil










  • ¼ cup orange juice










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 2 tsp lemon juice










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  1. Mix all ingredients by hand or in a mixer.



  2. Roll out and cut into shapes. Have fun!



  3. Bake at 350F for approx. 12 minutes.

I've been looking for a basic roll out cookie dough recipe without margarine. I just made these with my kids. The texture was perfect to work with. The taste is very ordinary, but if you add sprinkles or icing it can be improved.
