This soup is really delicious! It takes just minutes to prepare and is foolproof! (The soup looks really pretty when the squash is left unpeeled- just wash it well!.) Enjoy!
6 squash- unpeeled
2 spanish onions
2 cup water
1 Tbsp salt
Place all ingredients into a large pot.
Cook on medium flame until all vegetables are soft.
Turn off flame and blend with stick blender.
Serve with knaidlech or soup croutons. Enjoy!
