
A low fat creamy dairy dressing which tastes delicious. It is spiked with dill and lemon which jazzes up the vegetables. This goes very well with broccoli and cauliflower florets. Steam 3 cups of each vegetable, rinse with cold water to cool. Set out a platter of veggies with this dressing in the center. Refrigerate dressing and it will stay fresh for two days.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
½ cup reduced fat sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp snipped fresh dill
1½ tsp sugar or substitute
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Stir all ingredients well together. Can mix by hand or use hand blender.Refrigerate until serving.
