Spoon this over ice cream or sorbet for a perfect, easy finish to your dessert.
6 oz fresh orange juice
2 oz brown sugar
2 Tbsp corn flour
1 tsp cold water
1 (500 gram) package of frozen summer berries
Heat the orange juice. Add the sugar. Dissolve the corn flour in a bit of cold water and add to the pan.
Stir slowly until it is thick.
Pour in summer fruit and stir till the fruit soften, about 20 minutes on a low flame.
