Delicious and really simple to prepare. Serve over rice and you have a complete meal. Feel free to add other vegetables according to your taste.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 red pepper sliced










  • 1 green pepper sliced










  • 1 onion sliced










  • - fresh mushrooms sliced










  • - oil










  • 2 chicken cutlets










  • - flour










  • ¼ cup oil










  • ¼ cup soy sauce










  • ½ cup brown sugar










  • 2 cloves garlic crushed










  1. Place a little oil on bottom of a pan. Place in oven for a few minutes. Add vegetables to pan and return to oven for a few minutes.



  2. Cut cutlets into nuggets. Coat in flour and add to pan.



  3. Mix rest of ingredients for the sauce. Pour over chicken and vegetables and mix well. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
