INGREDIENTS













  • 4 eggs










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 1⅓ cup honey










  • 1½ cup strong coffee- 4 tsp coffee dissolved in 1½ cups water










  • 3¾ cup flour










  • 1½ tsp baking soda










  • 1½ tsp baking powder










  • ½ tsp cinnamon










  1. Preheat oven to 350F.



  2. Beat eggs and sugar on high speed until fluffy. Add the oil, honey and mix. Combine dry ingredients. Add to mixer, alternating between dry and wet ingredients.



  3. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick pricked into the center emerges clean.
