Originally from the Silver Spoon Cookbook- Kosher cooking for the discerning palate. Fanta is a brand of orange soda. You can use any brand you have.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 large eggs










  • 1 cup oil










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 3 cup flour










  • 2 Tbsp baking soda










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • 1 cup Fanta- orange soda










  • 1 Tbsp cocoa










  1. Preheat oven to 350F.



  2. Mix all ingredients except for the cocoa, until smooth. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a lined 9x13 inch pan, or a greased tube pan.



  3. Add the cocoa to the remaining 1/4 batter and mix well to combine.



  4. Pour the cocoa batter over the light batter in the pan, and marbleize (do not over mix.)



  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake emerges clean.
