The perfect drink for any occassion. It looks beautifully presented in glass stemware. You can garnish it with fresh rasberries or strawberries and a mint sprig if desired. This drink can be on the table setting as a starter. You can also serve it in a large punch bowl.
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks-drained
2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1 litre bottle ginger ale soda- chilled
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale soda. Blend until smooth.
Strain and discard seeds.
Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish. Freeze until firm- overnight or for a couple of hours.
To serve: Let stand at room temperature 20-30 minutes. Scrape across surface with large spoon and place slush in glass. Add ginger ale;stir into mixture. Garnish with fresh rasberries or strawberries or any other decorations.
