Easy to make and easier to eat. Great cookie recipe to make with kids! I use sprinkles to decorate these cookes, but you can use whatever you'de like. You can even use cookie cutters to shape these cookies.

INGREDIENTS













  • 3 eggs










  • 1 tsp baking powder










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1 cup vegetable shortening










  • 3 cup flour










  • 1 tsp vanillla extract










  • - sprinkles










  1. Cream sugar and shortening.



  2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well



  3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.



  4. Roll into balls. Press into sprinkles.



  5. Bake at 350 fro 7-10 minutes.
