INGREDIENTS
1½ cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ cup chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Scoop into lightly sprayed muffin tins.
Bake 17 minutes on 400.
