A lightly spiced sweet grilled salmon. A welcome change from sweet and sour.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4/6 slices salmon fillet










  • 2 cloves garlic










  • ½ cup Ketchup










  • ¼ cup corn syrup










  • 2 Tbsp orange juice










  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce










  • 2 tsp oil










  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon.



  2. Marinate in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.



  3. Broil for 3 minutes on each side.



  4. Bake skin down for 20 minutes on 350.

My family really enjoyed this. The only thing was that I had to babysit the oven and keep on turning the fish. So I give it 5 stars for taste and 4 stars for ease of preparation. I would definitely make this again for a quick supper or lunch. Thanks!
