A great topping for any ice cream. Makes your regular ice cream dessert look and taste gourmet!
2½ cup rice krispies
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
1½ cup shredded coconut
¾ cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients in a oven safe dish.
Place in oven at 350 uncovered.
Bake for 1/2 hour stirring frequently.
Let cool and then place in air tight container.
Freeze, and remove 10 minutes before using. You can refreeze it and use it again. It just might be gone before you know it.
