My husband absolutely loves this ice cream. I save this dessert as a special treat for pesach

INGREDIENTS













  • 9 eggs










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 2 Tbsp cocoa










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  1. Separate eggs, and beat.



  2. when whites are stiff, add half the sugar into whites, and half into yolks.



  3. Add rest of ingredients to yolk mixture and mix



  4. Fold the yolks and whites together and freeze.
